Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Custom products need to be processed within 15-20 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your tracking number is ready.
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
1, Standard shipping: 7-15 business days
Orders over $49 will get free standard shipping.
Orders below $49 will be charged the flat rate of 5 to $8.95 depending on different countries.
2, Expedited shipping: 5-7 business days

Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.
If 60 days have passed and you haven't received your order, please contact us. we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. This shipping takes the same time as Free Standard Shipping to arrive.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The Prices of Products are expressed in USD, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
Some countries may be subject to customs & import fees. All applicable customs duties shall be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
ULIKE&CO cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
Note:
1, In the event that your order cannot be shipped or the shipping time is delayed to due to product out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
2, ULIKE&CO is not responsible for missing or lost packages once the tracking shows status as "delivered". Use the tracking number we provide you with to follow the order until it is delivered. If you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it has been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room and local post office before contacting ULIKE&CO .
3, Once an order was placed, there will be no changes to any information including your shipping or billing address so please make sure to put the correct shipping and billing addresses. If you put an incorrect address, you might contact us to check if the order has not shipped yet so we can cancel it in order for you to place a new order with the correct information
4, In the event in which a customer puts an incorrect address or an unreachable address which causes the package to be sent back to us, the customer holds full responsibility for the shipping fees of the second label that has to be issued in order for them to get the package after we received it back and if the customer wants to cancel, a return fee of $20.00 for orders inside the United States or $30.00 for international orders will be charged in order to cover the original shipping fee to the customer, the packaging and the handling.
5, Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.
6, We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
COVID-19 INFORMATION
Due to COVID-19 outbreak & current high demand of our products, we are experiencing unusual delays in the processing/delivery times of our orders.
Do not worry, you will receive your order. Our current delivery time is within 2-4 weeks (USA, UK, CAN, AUS) but can be more to more remote countries. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding. Stay safe!
We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless it's been 60 days since you ordered.
